Lets keep jobs in South Africa - manufacturing the majority of goods domestically

The Corona Virus outbreak (Covid-19) has created immense opportunity for the adept entrepreneur. 

This global crisis has shown every nation its deep vulnerabilities, from inadequate systems for social security funding and deployment, to our collective dependence on only a few centres of production, and this coupled with weaknesses experienced in supply value-chains due to this small global supplier base for goods.

The new reality necessitates the development - by each government, to develop its own domestic capacity for the production of goods.
This move away from the recent trend of globalization, would invariably increase and protect domestic jobs in any territory.

 Lets take the example of face-masks. 

Masks are intended to be worn by persons to assist in the prevention of the spread of viruses and bacteria, as well as for hygiene purposes, to prevent the transfer of microorganisms, body fluids and particulate material, especially in the context of an epidemic or pandemic.
